A market research firm needed to collect data from passengers traveling through two international airports. The unique application was ideally suited to the use of portable electronic devices. The market research firm relied on Nationwide Surveys to program the client’s survey into handheld devices and manage the data collection portion of the project. Nationwide Surveys programmed the surveys and made ongoing changes as the project required. Part way into the project, Nationwide Surveys was also asked to provide interviewers who both collected more data than previous interviewers and were able to assist the existing interviewer team to more than triple their average response rate.
